Newsletter #18 - Sixpack-Story Manifesto Overweight is the disease of today. Cardiovascular issues the resulting problem. A healthy lifestyle the challenge of the future. It seems very few people are able to tackle health problems, especially weight loss, themselves. I personally suffer from a high cholesterol and find it challenging to get it down based on diet only. We are bombarded with fatty, salty, sugary foods and caffeinated, alcoholic drinks in advertising, supermarkets, restaurants, social events, work, ... Discipline and good intentions alone don’t seem work. And the world is continuously trying to get you off the right path. Habits and routines provide a solution. Being supported by people who have the same goals as you could be a game changer. That’s why I want to launch Sixpack-story, a community for founders, freelancers and techies working on their health. While the sixpack is the signpost, the community goals could represent much more: the ability to do a handstand, elbow lever or a backflip. Running a marathon, or going for the Iron Man. What kind of solutions should this community offer:
Sixpacks are typically associated with fitness gurus and bodybuilders. They should be an achievable goal for entrepreneurs, freelancers and developers And everyone else by extension, but let's not try to boil the ocean! I’ll start upon sending this email, and I’ll give myself 31 days to see if we get any traction. As a first quality gate. Wish me luck! |

Going on holidays is a hard stop of everything I'm doing. It interrupts what needs to get done. Everytime I come back, I feel refreshed Probably it won't by any different by the end next week when our skiing holidays are finished. Antler Done Antler* wrapped up Friday....
Newsletter #63 - Expectations Antler is like a reality show without cameras People disappear from the program all the time and nobody know where they went or what happened The whole thing kinda fizzles out At least if you’re not in a team, like me, and so have no outlook on an investment two weeks from now I shouldn’t care so much but I seem to be kinda sensitive to this Why do I feel bad people are leaving? Maybe because with less people there is less energy, and I like being surrounded with...
Newsletter #62 - Write On Mondays! For weeks I've been trying to write this newsletter For weeks I don't manage anything but boring drafts Is the vibe of the Antler accelerator killing my motivation to write? Or is my writing muscle just poorly trained? I'll go back to my early writing philosophy: "Write on Mondays" Mondays are the days of inspiration, of energy, of new beginnings The day in which I believe I have unlimited time. And hence I've noticed Monday is the better day to write....
